It is not that Complicated

It is not that complicated. We can make it complicated; it is a choice how we see situations, not a set reality. The key is not how your brain functions, or what the process is, or what are the steps one must follow. The biggest obstruction in solving the problem is the ‘big problem’ we create in our head. We see a goal like a giant ball of snow sometimes, when really, it’s just hail. The idea and goal should be to get the basics right and you can deal with anything you want or like.

At any given circumstance or situation, the key should be to take the positive out of it. We usually save the best experiences for good days; I say we save them for the bad ones. It will serve us as a reminder of your glory in the past and if you could do it then, you can do it again. Looking at the bright side is the simplest thing you can do for yourself that will take you a long way. It does not mean do not accept your current emotions, suppress them but know when to stop and change direction. If crying works for you, or breathing, or just talking to someone do it, but don’t do it for too long; always try to conclude the process with a positive. You must learn to connect the dots to reach a positive outlook on any given situation or circumstance. In any difficult situation we can take it either direction, either keep going in the same direction of sadness, stress, anxiety, depression or change it just after letting it out. These emotions are not bad to have, but then again too much of anything can be bad so once you are done feeling all that you normally would just try bringing yourself to a positive end.

Solutions are present all around you, always. You can either focus on the problem or a solution; it’s a choice. Focusing on the problem attracts more of it and focusing on the solution unconsciously helps you attract more solutions. The key to everything is when you are a happy and positive person, things will always work out and you will be equally grateful for this life both during good and bad times. There is no discrimination. When you are at the highest, you are humble and grateful, and when you are at a low, remember someone out there is having it even worse than you are, we all are together in this, and you can get through anything no matter how impossible it seems.

There is determination, motivation, focus, consistency, hard work, law of attraction and so on, but the one thing we all want and should seek in any given situation is happiness and positivity. These two weapons are hard to practice every day, it will be hard to say it to someone lost a limb or two or going through severe loss but if we believe it is all part of our journey and ours must be different to everyone else, we will surely gather the courage to pass though the most adverse circumstances. We all are here to find a purpose, to be happy, and to live a balanced life but if we continue and channel all our energies on the negatives, we are not calling any of the good things towards us. The answer is not that complicated, and it can be made simpler if you don’t stay stuck in your past, worry too much about your future, accept your reality and decide where you want to go from there.

Today whoever you are, and whatever you are the biggest step is acceptance. Accept who you are at this given moment and take a step forward from here towards a happier life. The idea is not to be insanely happy all the time that will just drive you crazy, the idea is to conclude all acceptable emotions with positivity. If anger is an emotion that makes you act poorly, you don’t want to work on that emotion at all, you must get rid of it. However, if anger doesn’t make you harm others or yourself, and you know how to channel it towards focusing on your goals keep that emotion. There is no one answer for everyone, but you must try to find how you can end all the emotions you go through with positivity and get rid of the ones which don’t serve you right. An emotion is only as good as its service to you, only keep the ones you will benefit from. Be a little selfish and don’t channel your energies towards bad emotions, nobody is coming to save you before you do it yourself. It is your individual journey, and you must take responsibility to be a better version of you every day for yourself and the people around you. It is simple.
